MEETING AIMS:
The International Society for Food and Environmental Virology (ISFEV) has concentrated on the study of viruses in the context of food safety and environmental health. ISFEV has explored viruses that can impact food safety, including those that affect plants, animals, or contaminate food products directly, and those in the environment, such as water, soil, and air.
HOLIFOOD PRESENTATION:
As part of HOLiFOOD WP2, ANSES showcased a poster presentation of thier work within the HOLiFOOD project. This poster further developed discussions about the methods developed at Anses’ lab and by other labs on other food matrices.
