MEETING AIMS:
The World Mycotoxin Forum took place in Salzburg and brought together global experts to address one of the food and feed industry’s most pressing challenges: mycotoxins.
With the theme ‘building a resilient food system in the digital decade’, the conference explored cutting-edge research, innovative management strategies, and fostered international collaboration to drive sustainable solutions forward.
HOLIFOOD PRESENTATION:
As part of HOLiFOOD, project coordinator prof. Ine van der Fels-Klerx provided a presentation on “How can AI help in mycotoxin research and management”.
