On June 9th 2026, two new workshops are scheduled within the Living Labs:
- Evaluation & Exploitation workshop: “Refining the Future of Food Safety”. Developers, researchers, and practitioners will work together in an interactive workshop to test the tools and share feedback. Their input will help ensure that the dashboard meets users’ needs and remains usable, relevant, and sustainable beyond the duration of the HOLiFOOD project.
- Evaluation workshop on two value chains (lentils and poultry): “Holistic risk assessment in the era of climate change”. Microbiological, chemical, nutritional, economic, and environmental risks were analysed for the present day and for 2050 under climate change scenarios. During the workshop session, the co-designed assessment will be evaluated.
