Living Labs
Living Labs are user-centred environments where stakeholders from academia, industry, government, and civil society come together to share knowledge, co-create solutions, and explore innovative alternatives. Participants’ diverse perspectives, expertise, and resources are critical to fostering innovation and scaling up innovation and businesses.
The Living Labs at HOLiFOOD are dynamic hubs for experimentation and co-creation, designed to foster stakeholder engagement without the need for white lab coats and sterile environments. These Labs serve as vibrant platforms for developers and key stakeholders to shape the future of food safety through participatory approaches.
