This milestone concerns the deployment of data and models from HOLiFOOD’s Work Package 2 on the HOLiFOOD Platform. The HOLiFOOD Platform has been fully configured for the receipt of a wide array of data, from the collection of direct lab results, sampling data over many lab results and model output data. Participants from both CNR and IMEC have provided data that has been converted into re-submittable data types for future inclusion in the HOLiFOOD architecture with data related to Task 2.5 and Task 2.6 respectively.
This collected data has set formats which have been deployed and tested on the overall infrastructure supporting the HOLiFOOD Platform, noting that Milestone 11 (2.9) has been met accordingly.
