The HOLiFOOD project held its annual consortium meeting on October 8-9, 2025, bringing together partners to discuss progress across all work packages.
During these 2 days of work, all the activities foreseen were shared, along with next steps for the upcoming year.
All partners were highly involved, and each presentation benefited from insightful comments and suggestions provided by the audience. The overall result is a clear and well-defined plan for the last year of work.

As a reminder, HOLiFOOD aims to develop early warning systems for food safety risks through a holistic approach. For this, all key components of the risk analysis framework (risk assessment, risk management, and risk communication) need to be improved and integrated into governance practices.
