The 4th Working Group meeting of the European Burden of Disease Network provided all network members the opportunity to reconnect, assess progress, and discuss future activities.
Working Group meeting, day 1:
The first day of the Working Group meeting was dedicated to an update of the COST Action, including an overview of the achievements of the Task Forces. The afternoon of day 1 provided opportunities for the network members to discuss ongoing and future activities.
Working Group meeting, day 2:
The second day of the Working Group meeting was dedicated to discussing the state of the art of burden of disease assessment. Presentations by keynote speakers and network members set the scene, followed by a group discussion on the establishment of a burden of disease research agenda.
