HOLIFOOD PRESENTATION:
DTU, member of the HOLiFOOD project, presented a poster presentation on “Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) for the rapid detection of mycotoxins in agricultural products”.
The aim was to disseminate preliminary results (obtained through HOLiFOOD), to leading researchers, food and feed industries, laboratories, policy makers, and enforcement agencies working in the area of mycotoxins.
